In the meantime - How do I start an individual Doggie Day Care? Instead of a "pack" I would take for a dog. I'm in Atlanta?

Buy the items that you need to make flyers saying you have an opening. If Soemer answer, you need your customer "first." When you're finished, you can get more opportunities, more customers. Slow start is probably a good idea, anyway.
